if u now on stremyx 4mb, dont just ask tm for upgrade to 8mbps.
This will give tm strong excuse to delay streamyx customer from getting unifi.
Later, if u complaint to mcmc, TM will give answer to mcmc, "customer already upgraded to 8mbps for free".

Stuck forever with streamyx.

I am 8mbps user. Nothing special. Upload still as slow as sick snail.

i dont trust mcmc.
My recent complaint has been closed by TM, and MCMC did not give me chance to reopen my case anymore.

Simply speaking, either they are statrting to "soft" with TM, or they are unable to cope with streamyx complaint anymore.

u have to pay for the infra, and TM will get all the money from other subscriber who can benefitted from your own expense. How does it sound?

If u go to Bursa Malaysia, u can even find, epf actively traded TM share.
Some day, they sell, the other day they buy. Almost every day except weekend and public holidays.

Now, i can not play pubg anymore. Packet loss is 80% and above. Macibai TM.
They promised me, unifi next year.
But i dont trust them.

Yesterday, this poookey ™ call and spoke to me almost half and hour, regarding my complaint.
I asked for rm10.32sen for 8mbps, but they refused.
They just can give me rm99 for 8mbps.

I refused, i told them, aku tak makan rasuah bodoh2 mcm ni. Customer baru rm88 8mbps. Even aku dpt rm10.32 for 8mbps, aku x akan stop paksa korang pasang unifi".

Am i right in refusing this price?

Tm, as usual, janji melayu, will send team to my house. This time, i ask for mgmgt team, which ia have a power because i wanna know what is the reason in proviidng unifi? Some kawasan pelacuran got unifi, and my home no unifi.

They offered me rm99 yesterday. Rejected, because if i took that offer, TM will have a strong reason to close my case

mine. All of my complaints were forwarded to CFM. This week, 2 teams of TM will come.
1 for technical problem(my online gaming ping 1xxxms and packet loss 90%) and another one, for unifi discussion. I think, this time they will bring their engineer to stop my mouth from challenging their network limitation and "infra not available" bullshit.
Yesterday, one of their staff spoke to me via phone, telling all the same shit excuses for 30 minutes.

Mcmc? No, they dont care at all. They exist only to supervise their mcmc portal.
Any problem, you have to deal with TM via MCMC.

if u need my words, means i have to show u hundreds email and mcmc complaint.
It is not easy actually, u can't simply get a reduction in price by copying others words.
It will take time. Only determination will keep you going.

Mine 8mbps rm120. The lowest 8mbps inside this forum is rm 109.
If i accepted TM yesterday days before, i will get rm99.
My case is still pending for further action. I won't stop to get rm10.
Why?
Unifi 100mbps 129 = 100/129= rm1.29sen per mb
So, technically 8mbps should be 1.29x8=10.32.

fight for your right.
