"Mereka kat CS atau online chat, tak tahu dan sengaja cakap ada so kamu orang boleh datang kat TMNET to register .. senang saja kerja mereka"

currently on 4Mbps streamyx, call TM ask why I didnt get the free upgrade because my area go unifi covered. after a few minutes put me on hold , I was offered the Unifi Lite 10Mbps with current price (RM88) with no contract. going to install this weekend.

and i just realized that i suppose get 30Mbps (i'm staying in an apartment) free upgrade as refer from https://check.unifi.com.my/streamyxupgrade

planning to request for 30Mbps later after done with the unifi installation

Customers are required to provide their termination notice 30 days prior to the termination date. Customer need to clear any outstanding bill within 14 days from notice date.

The termination will only happen 30 days after the termination notice date.
However, for the termination to take place, customers are required to visit TMpoint between Day 31 to Day 35 from termination notice date & also return The equipment (BTU).
There will be a penalty charges RM 500 if not return the BTU

Streamyx no BTU. nothing for you to return. Actually that is just standard answer template they just copy and paste.

after making complaint on mcmc, yesterday saw a unifi tent and representatives at my apartment collecting names of those interested for unifi.

i spoke to the one of the reps, he told me they are collecting names to gather customer details & unifi will be available in 3 months as HQ has approved unifi allocation for my apartment apparently.

any of you experience this? does the unifi tent shows good sign or just wayang by TM?

They also offer me Rm99 for 8Mbps, I instantly reject.

IIRC, some are paying RM88 for 8Mbps.

Unifi 30Mbps is only RM79/month.

Hi guys,
After long and tedious battle with TM, finally they agreed to provide Unifi to my area.
Probably during oct or November.
They already ask me to go to TM to thumbprint.

Here what i did.

1. I managed to get 1++ names for unifi to submit to tm,.

2. Sent to TM report of my Line. Very bad. Ping and packet loss unbearable. U can try using ecmo software for ping monitoring.
I sent to TM 72hours Line monitoring. Only managed to get 80% uptime. They even loaned me a modem, 3 Times, but to no avail.

Look like they only will seriously consider, if we can provide them enough proof that, enough subscriber will subcribe to Unifi.
