Lots of assistant manager program will check on Stamina for a WB. But don't worry too much, as most people will play WB Defensive, which can have similar skills like a CB. Generally playing WB normal or offensive is not so efficient as you would have to sacrifice lots of defending rating for an small increase in attack, and its difficult to get a decent WB anyway. So best to find a defender with decent defending skills and play him as CB or WB Defensive.

IM end up striker? Now this one I like to see. Why don't you post his stats here and I can have a look.

why WB need high stamina? btw i think IM end up as striker because that IM might be solid pm while having a passable scoring....playing him as striker would get a slightly higher rating

nah. don't need to.

only positions that involve playmaking skill need stamina.

EDIT

I think I have spotted a future star here, to be honest. He told me his name is Willard Raichura and is 15 years old.

Coach this player right and you will get wretched Defending before you know it! Right now I would say his Winger capabilities are around the disastrous level. If we look at his Keeper skills, I would rate him as a talented young player.

Can I offer him a place at the academy?

OMGGGG drool.gif FINALLY!!!

Oh, my noob way is to create multiple groups. One group for each position (CD, WB, IM, Winger, FW). Each group has 4 columns - games played, highest rating, lowest rating and average rating. Then I give them some colors based on their average rating so it is a bit more outstanding and easier for me to see who is good or bad in each position so that I would not play them in the position that they suck. This is for youth team.

Normal team ar, I just list their skills by numbers. Say wretched = 1, disastrous = 2 and so on. No star rating. LOL. Well, that is just my way. Others may be using another way.

okay.....i need to throw games. any ideas on how to achieve that without getting thrashed completely?

If my team confidence is extremely exaggerated and I PIC against a weaker opponent, is it very likely I'll lost?
