If you can fight in your current division and remain profitable, why demote?

i have no problem remaining in top 6 spots. smile.gif

i just feel like going down and have more winning streaks and happier crowd in Div III.

it isn't as profitable as you think, considering my sponsorship is only about 300k extra from when i was in Div III which could easily be off-set by winning more games in Div III.

Meh, I'm still in Oceania's V, where apparently its the easiest to be profitable.

Pretty sure I could be profitable in IV, but I'd need to make it out of V first.

Isn't it easier to get better cup runs in II than III though?

they're not as meaningful as good league runs IMO. biggrin.gif i rather get good league runs.

i'm probably the weakest team in Div II (based on salary), and it's not easy maintaining a run in cup and league at the same time.

at least redtooth is a PM trainer, i'm not!! tongue.gif anyway the sad part about my team is that despite being weak i manage to hold my ground, thus position myself in such a way that i don't get to see HOME game even if i reach Round 7 of cup. sad.gif

this season is my best chance in the cup as i dont think i can sustain further with the wages i have. i only have an average supporter base (3100) and a modest stadium capacity of 60k.

i would hv to sell my IMs to ease my wages next season, meaning my midfield ratings will drop next season. sad.gif

a question.

Jonas Sanchez
TSI = 182 720 , 29 years, inadequate form
Has excellent experience and poor leadership abilities

Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: utopian Passing: poor
Winger: inadequate Defending: weak
Scoring: wretched Set pieces: wretched

a player this standard, is he worth the buy?

I guess so (besides, its too late xD bought him, but well worth it I guess. At least more income, i've got 7m so far, spent all on a striker and a middy, so I hope its worth a shot)

You're training defending with a 4-4-2, one league match a week, no friendlies, and with two 30+ year olds in your backline?

Its not going to be profitable, especially with 40+ players, and a utopian PM'er in your team.

Didn't you say this?
I'd take that to mean that you got a 17 yo solid winger with passable passing. If you train him in winging, why won't he not make it?

cos im training defending sad.gif
