I already have 2 potential defenders in the making, 1 is 18 and 19, both are excellent in defending.

So, no real biggie there. I just need to sell off my Turkish defender and I'm ready to go!

And also fire some jackasses.

Oh, about that 40 players thing, It's those youth player with inadequate skills. Dunno should I sack or sell?
