team spirit can go until POE? how come my will auto drop before reaching there?

yup it's possible untill POE..i'm at POE at the moment. Regarding to maintain that state of the team spirit you need coach with better leadership.

what leadership only can get that high? then do we also need the specialist?

i just know that my coach is at solid leadership

to get it up fast you just play your league/cup match PIC. but to get hold of it you need a good leadership coach. the one that i have currently is inadequate leadership, the POE state only last for 2 update, after that drop one level. i'm not sure about the effect of specialist on it maybe some other sifu can give an answer on that.

good for you all, mine POE can even last more than 1 update for the past 2 seasons.

to be fair, his attack is rather low. I am training defending myself, stars most of the times are more than opponent at times still lost, although most likely losing to 3-5-2 formation.

Money problem,

It seems that i have money problems, i've minimised my monthly expenditures to around 224000MYR per week already, with 17 players, 20k in that youth investment thing.

And calculating by my attendences and sponsorship money it does not cover up all the expenses. And ends up losing money week by week.

I've made some bad decisions in the past.
1. Bought a solid defender for around 500k, there goes my money from the License Challange
2. Brought in too many staffs, and in the end sack them cos no money to pay.
3. Invested straight 80k in youth, now i start off at 20k increasing slowly.
4. I just bought a coach poor leadership, passable around 300k, leaving me with aroung 50k left balance for hte next week.

Calculating my loss, i will be in negative in 2-3 weeks to come.

How do i earn money? Does my sponsorship increase from time to time?
Does my crowd increase? Because i'm blessed with sucky players which sucked even more when it comes to league games, so i'll mostly end up in the tail of the league for this season.

I'm a distressed manager now HEHE!

I am not so informative, but i considered newbie. The sponsors will increas abt a few k every week. on the crowd, u will get more crowd if u win and get streaks. that is what i noticed. best crowd attendance for last game of the league. pray u get home game as the last match. dun ask me why, but i noticed my crowd doubled normal during last season end game.

sorry cannot last the POE after ever single update even if PIC both my league and cup.
