Well, its design to make you feel like real life manager, no fast forward button. No save game. Lots of psychological war, especially at high level cup and national game. Two games per week only, the rest planning stage.

anyway, the game being slow means more people can play! meaning it doesn't eat much into your schedule unless you decide to.

this is unlike many other game that requires constant monitoring.

Even with solid youth squad, pulling an excellence youth is very very rare.

I think managing youth team or youth squad, depends on the time and fun. Youth squad is very simple, once a week affair. Youth academy more time needed, more tracking, more fun, more patience. Cost is about the same. So if you have the time, youth academy.

My youth always keng one, if not keng I fired them

i think so,its depend on luck...
i already pull out 1 solid defend train 1 week to excellent and 1 excellent this week but both of them already 19yr,i think the luck is over...

regainer iz faster heal if player is injured gua ... or good for old guys that get injured ... too lazy to check wiki
