If you trained defending. Your defender get full defending training. All other players also received approximately 1/6 of the defending training regardless whether they play or not. The 1/6 is called osmosis training. Also known as shadow training.

sponsor is related to the division you're in.

Apart from the division, it also depends on your sponsor's mood (spokeperson will help) and fan base.

No worry.... it will grow slowly but surely (esp. when you win more matches and they will love you more...)
