klavan performance was bad compare to his 1st match. i remember one time andre gray turn him at half field only to be saved by lovren. and nobody question mignolet? burnley had 2 shots and both went in. in all, the whole team performance was disappointing, there is no need to single a player out.
Just because of 2 shot on target, then it was GK's fault?
Mig has no chance to save those 2 shot, which were resulted from defender mistake to let opponent striker has chance of open goal/strike in front of him.
1 goal - quite a fierce strike into side/top corner, nobody block the shot, and defenders position was a mess due to Clyne misplaced pass just outside of penalty box.
2 goal - through the leg of Lovren into near bottom corner, courtesy of counter attacking after Sturridge loss the ball and bad defending by Klavan on halfway line.
Both strike were clinical, and precise.
The stat for this match didn't tell the real story.
Despite Liv has 80% possession, the team didn't play well, clueless, no penetration, no one dribbling to take on defender (the major difference with Mane's pace and power in the first match), just side pass between midfielder.
Liv has plenty of shot (be in on or off target), but none of those troubled the GK.
1st goal was actually a carbon copy of trademark goal of Liv under Klopp with pressing game in front.
