Manager problem

Yup klopp will probably use the strongest squad.. but some players need to prove themselves and some are doing great in u23 squad,.quite unfair not to give them chance..

For clyne, that guy will play alot of game in later stage,,its good to rest him in this.. i cant think any name as alternative for clyne and i dont rate randall at the same time

As for lucas,no idea.. good guy but way past his prime

To some extent, i think treblecase has a case to argue. Rooney's presence is doing more harm than good in the team.

I don't think its rooney's failings nor fellani. They got Jose who is just another LVG (in tactics but a better "man manager"). Everybody told MANU that, even ex Manu players questioned IS jose the right manager for Manu? (though my thoughts were maybe brendan rodgers would be a better manager for them as they wanted ALL out attack, liken to AF days)

3 games in & with a charity cup win, everything was rosy. then 3 straight loses. everyone turned on themselves.

I like the present level headedness at liverpoolfc, the "normal one" making a "normal team", hopefully craving some (good) results.
It's still early days. we aren't title contenders yet, we would be happy to nick top 4 & some silverware, we deserve too after missing 2 last season.

There's a team up there that has won every game in every tournament and scoring for fun atm...

Top four is more realistic target, and even that can only be achieved if we manage to get maximum points against "weaker" team... What we has failed to do so in so many seasons...

Very hard lar wanna break the curse. Win against top team, struggle against weaker team. That lost to Burnley.

From what I observed so far, Klopp's team naturally starts the game at high tempo and slows down as the game progresses, which is logical as fatigue creeps in.

The ethos is very clear, attack from the start and always be in a leading position rather than chasing the game.

The trade off is if we couldnt secure a lead in the 1st half , it very likely our opponents will take full advantage it of our tiring players and weariness to throw us the sucker punch as the game drags further. The pattern of the team is quite obvious to see.
