Hi Guys, Just bought a 2nd hand inspira a month back. I need your advise as i'm currently having weird noise coming from the back? Suspension noise whereby if i go through uneven road, there will be "kluk kluk" sound. Any idea what is "Rosak" at the back? Bushing? lower or upper arm? Or absorber?

Fellow cheapskate sekalian, got any lubang for cheapskate drive shaft? Haven't go to kedai potong yet because CNY everywhere is closed.

Went to proton, 3.5k~ish each. Suntoc selling for 2.65k each.

Want to ask, is there such a thing as CVT OIL FILTER for the Inspira? So far i have changed CVT oil, can't remember got change CVT oil filter or not....

sifu, is flushing fluid out means that flushing ALL included fluid inside the piping? i planned to change the brake fluid yearly, just drain out the tank and refill . is it ok?

Guys, my cvt fluid had been 3 yrs but only 18k mileage, do i need to change? Somemore the proton sc duno use what Shell cvt fluid?? Saw it on tax invoice but never see shell cvt fluid before... And also the engine about half year already but only 2500km mileage.

Rear suspension started to have "klok kloc" noise, anyone experienced this before and what is the suspected part to change?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying inspira/preve. (used one ofcos). Price is about the same! But how about the maintainence? How much should I spare every month just to maintain an inspira? Probably going  for the 2.0 one. Need advice on sifus here tq tq

27 May - Take car to workshop A, asked him to take care of sound issue. After some checking, he says the sound should be due to the brake harness (looks like a 1cm thick cable) loosen and suggest to fabricate a braket to tighten these harness. RM 150 burned, but sound remains. Then he says could be the absorber kong already. WTF.

3 June - Take car to workshop B, specialist for absorber repair. Take him for a car ride and show him the sound. He open and dismantle the rear absorber, found that the lower bushing (as per below photo) is broken. To fabricate new bushing for both rear take 2 days. So pay him RM 30 for the inspection labour and set another appointment during weekday to repair the broken bush. BUT, on the way back home, the absorber totally broken. It went from a subtle klok klok sound once in a while, to a very loud pok pok sound on every bumps where you feel like your wheel going to fly off, totally not drive-able. Go back to workshop, that dude explain he just open and install back. "Your absorber sudah sampai masa kong" is his response...

If knowing the solution before hand, you pay only RM 240 for new bushing + RM 60 for labour pasang. Total RM 300.

In my case, RM 150 + RM 30 + RM 300 + RM 220 (to repair the broken absorber). Total RM 680 burned just for a bladdy absorber.

Now i'm contemplating to replace all my coil over adjustable absorber to normal Kayaba absorber. Just concern if the normal absorber is too soft, the 18 inch wheel might touch the inner fender when going through bumps..

THIS. As a matter of fact this is also the last thing i did. The left bracket is loosen, replacing it will only cost less than RM 100

Will check whether can secure the bar firmly without replacing the mounting..
The shop got banner besar besar Absorber repair specialist. So i thought they know their stuff. Took them for a test drive. Back workshop they suspect is the absorber lower bush koyak. After take out the absorber and strip off the rubber casing + a few washer, the mechanic show the rubber bush and says need 2 days to send out the absorber to be rework with PU bushing. Saturday afternoon how to gip the car until Selasa evening for repair. Need car to work, and since i dont have spare absorber just get them to put back the old unit. Mana tau the absorber terus kong.

And after i install new coil over this morning, i realize this guy is talking non sense. Further confirm this when i spotted the loosen anti roll bar bracket late afternoon...

yup just the bottom filter. can i source the internal filter as well or is it better to just change the whole thing?

Just the bottom filter of the fuel filter unit. there is another inner filter in the housing but ayam not able to source it

Guys, have a problem here, my car is showing ABS sensor light three weeks ago, then one or two days later, check engine light is shown.

Went to check at Proton service center, they did the check using the tools and it's showing ABS sensor error, asked to come back few days later after they get the spare part to replace and confirm.

So... few days later i went back, after replaced with spare part, all the warning lights gone, the mechanic there try to install my original ABS sensor back, there's no light also.

He recommend me to drive for a week first to see if the warning light "come back". So it went on for one or two weeks with no issue, until this morning, first with ABS warning light, then check engine light.

Back to square one again... want to ask if anyone here having this issue before? Inspira 2.0p year 2011 here. Want to ask for opinion before I buy the ABS sensor (which is not cheap, cost like early RM1k) for replacement...

OK got an update, code c1015 and P1773. Googling it...
