[Purpose] gaming: processing intensive i.e. Football Manager, Civilization (with full graphics)

[Hardwares that will be re-use] a motherboard that could handle further generation cpu and gpu?

[Monitor resolution]

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Football Manager (more than 50k staff and players if that means anything to anyone)

[Personal preferences] SSD, solid power pack (that isn't hard to find replacement)

am trying to get a full set I suppose, but monitor/sound/keyboard/mouse is going to take a lot from the budget I think?
whats the difference i .e. price and reliability of UPS to other normal power packs? sry newbie here
