To all sifus here,i would like your recommendation for jus cpu without monitor for standalone/ server/ client (workstation) so it can support datebase: Interbase n Firebird Servery budget is about rm3.5k. If possible, the lower cost, the better, thanks.

If the workload of this PC involves some serious database management (possibly multithreaded or want to prevent data lost or memory error correction etc.), then you can think of getting a better CPU, like Xeon and ECC RAM, or even a UPS. But what you stated seems to be quite easy to achieve at the moment though
4k budget to include a decent CPU + GTX1070 + 1080p monitor will be very hard, but here is your reference (require some top up).
