Just look at used GTX970 price now, it is around RM 900, thanks to GTX1060, next year should be even lower when warranty is up, RM 800 perhaps?

As for the CPU, Kaby Lake is due soon, even though Haswell Xeon is still a competitive CPU but Intel CPU never have a big gap in terms of pricing between old and new CPU, new one is selling at the same price of old one so you can imagine what's gonna happen to used unit then, those sellers who want to clear the old CPU stock will try to "throw" price, but yea this rarely happens in Malaysia though 

My suggestion is to keep it unless you want high portability, which you can swap to mITX (SFF) build so you can carry around, if you prefer all-in-one, then laptop/mobile device is still a better choice.

If I plan to get the Full assembled RIG at outside(viewnet) then I will installing OS (window 10) myself, as viewnet only help to install OS if get from them. Anything I have to take special attention? (maybe something like I have to install driver for those hardware manually also? or I have to do this do that also) I'm very new in this.
