i5 bottlenecks the GTX1070 in some CPU demanding titles like Watch Dogs 2 and Hitman (crowded area), i7 is highly recommended or wait for the upcoming AMD Ryzen. 4K UHD monitor ain't cheap, you need more budget for that.

M.2 SSD? With SATA or PCIe interface?  tongue.gif

Intel Core i5 7500 - RM 922
ASRock H270M-ITX/ac - RM 569
G.SKill Aegis 8GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM - RM 275
Zotac GTX1070 8GB GDDR5 Mini - RM 1999
Intel 600P 240GB M.2 PCIe SSD - RM 448 (Fast read speed & normal SATA interface write speed)
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD - RM 219
Superflower Leadex Silver 550W - RM 359
CM Elite 130 - RM 179
BenQ Zowie XL2411 144Hz - RM 1175

Total: RM 6145 (ETECH price inclusive of GST)

The monitor in the list above is a 1080p 144Hz TN monitor, you may switch to the one you like according to your own requirements.

Thank you very much !! i'll try to adjust around the budget and the components then notworthy.gif
