i got my pc from suggestion here last time from a kind soul with PA avatar

now i need to help my friend

[B][Budget] 3000-3500 (no need windows)

[Purpose] personal use, movie & gaming

[Hardwares that will be re-use] only keyboard and mouse, monitor

[Monitor resolution] FULL HD

[Games & softwares that use frequently] gaming, LOL, GTA5 etc

[Personal preferences] can i fit in GTX 1060 ? or is there a more cost effective solution ?
