I assume 3k is just for the rig and you have a separate budget for the new monitor if you are going to change it at the same time.

This is a "all-in" build which aims to get the best gaming performance out of your budget.

Intel Core i5 6400 - RM 773
Gigabyte H110M-DS2 (D4) - RM 276
Kingston 8GB DDR4 2133MHz Value RAM - RM 147
Zotac GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 Mini - RM 1219
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 209
FSP Hexa+ 550W - RM 188
Tecware Alpha - RM 199

Total: RM 3011 (ETech price inclusive of GST)

This is a more "balanced" build with SSD included.

Intel Core i5 6400 - RM 773
Gigabyte B150M-D3H (D4) - RM 379
Kingston 8GB DDR4 2133MHz Value RAM - RM 147
Sapphire RX 470 4GB GDDR5 Nitro+ - RM 989
Kingston SSDNow UV400 120GB SSD - RM 165
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 209
FSP Hexa+ 550W - RM 188
Tecware Alpha - RM 199

Total: RM 3049 (ETech price inclusive of GST)

If I were you, I will go for first option since SSD can be added separately later on when we have extra funds for that.

Well, the monitor is included together with the RM3000 budget.

For the SSD, i am buying separately from my budget since they've been getting cheaper these days and easy to get despite the amount of space they can hold, so i have no problem buying it separately.

Otherwise, the rest is absolutely fine for me although the GPU is a little bit pricey, going up to RM1200+ although its performance is really good compared to lower series.

I'm going for the 1st option, since again, i am going to buy SSD separately from my budget. But thank you very much for your help and taking your time to respond!
