QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Nov 1 2016, 02:47 PM) Your CPU and GPU are completely fine and good to run Dota 2, are you running the customized (or optimized) settings by Nvidia GeForce Experience app? If yes please restore it to default. And if possible, please grab the latest driver and use DDU to clean install the GPU driver to wipe all the existing settings. Thanks for the advice. I forgot to add, it blackout when i played other higher detailed graphic games as well. Like gta5, FC4, Witcher 3. Anyhow, will try your way later. Thanks again This post has been edited by 92alvin: Nov 1 2016, 03:06 PM

QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Nov 1 2016, 03:19 PM) Alright, since you mentioned you have the similar problem when running other graphics demanding games then I suspect the root cause is the PSU, but you can test the driver sweeping method first. Another question here, is there any background sound from the games when the screen goes black? Okay, will do the driver sweeping method first. Normally, background sound will still continue playing for few seconds after screen goes black and completely cutoff after that few seconds. Then i will force restart it. There were some times it goes black with some buzzing sound.
