Really depends on what type of neighbor you get?

if within, not much noise...

If from balcony...Depends...

If facing inside you would expect noises from facility floor (8th floorr), I would assume the higher your floor, the lesser noise will be...

If facing outside, firework season a bit annoying, sometimes some fella just random shout from don't know where...

Overall in term of noises from my experience, just perhaps 5% occurrence all the time

Unfortunately the lift situation is so true...

3 lifts is seriously not enough, what make it worst is that the lift can easily broke down even though is suppose to be new lift, not even 2 years...

But already frequent broke down...

But assume all lifts works well also is a pain when want to use the lift during peak hour...

Especially during Ramadan month even worst...

If all lift are working, nope.

Frankly speaking if not much floor to stop, the lift move quite fast.

The issues always will be when the lift need to stop at many floor at the same time...

By the way I not sure why you ask so detail, but if you intent to rent / buy, be forewarned that the biggest issue so far with this house is the lift and no-brain management office.

Advice on morning if you don't want to wait long2, just wait the lift starting from 6.30am...

Fasting month most probably by 6am already need to wait...

And go up to go down and vise versa if you see you can't get the lift...

Kindly judge the situation and don't press up and down at the same time would be very nice.

Before that which floor your rent unit first?

The higher your floor the worst it will be...

Last time before we all realized the "correct way", half an hour if play by book haha...

That also not guaranteed...I do know for the facts that some willing to take the stairs even from high floors when desperate...

So ya...I won't take the chances hence I always wait the morning lift around that time...
