anyone have experience in buying motor from owner? wanna ask the procedure to tukar nama and hak milik. how much the total damage.

depending on motor price for the price damage

downpayment / final price nego sendiri, followed by transfer in motor shop (via MYEG) or JPJ, need to go JPJ if more than 1 year old motor mati road tax. Insurance can either be transferred from old onwer or bought new by new owner. Cost to transfer name minimal about RM50-70 (cannot remember). Road tax will be mailed by the shop if my MYEG or collected directly in JPJ itself.

remember to collect motor before finalizing everything.

btw, can i skip the bold part and strait go jpj to change the name? if transfer insurance from old owner, the name will also change? which one better in ur opinion on insurance part. all can be done in one day? cant afford to apply leave more than 1 day. oh and one more thing, is there a way to use 3rd party to settle everything?

Insurance can transfer name? Normally I'll straight purchase new insurance, then go JPJ transfer name.
All settle within the same day.

not . seller back up last min sebab last minute tetiba cakap sentimental value . bawak cash macam orang gila haritu. habis rugi cuti 1 hari . haritu seller said he know from A - Z. now i think better i learn it myself. tak ada la kena tipu. hope this time around seller tak tetiba ada sentimental value like previous one
