Am not demolish the whole 24x75 double storey but consider nearly whole just left the internal rc slab. Rebuild with 4 bed 1 karaoke & 5 bath at cost 650k move in without brinf anything. After reading all the comment about the cost hmm.. Am I at the high side?

Yes It's include all electrical appliances and furniture, cabinets and wardrobe. If carcass itself close to 300k.
