Hi all, i am thinking to do a major renovation of a double storey house which i think i would need to tear down and reconstruct. Anyone has any experience could advise me what is RM per sqft to build an average house not fancy but just renewal purposes in klang valley area. Thanks

You may have to show the architecture drawings and the building foot prints dimensions. this may affect the per sqft price.

give or take you may use RM100-180psf depending on finishes.

Rm 150psft and adding a new rc flat roof . you can see my magic at oug old terrace jalan hujan there.

Rebuilding of entire building 4 rooms 3 bathroom- RM 92,000
Wiring, grill and gates- RM 28,000.
Lights and fans-RM 5200
Majlis licensing-Rm 2800

All raw material are supplied by him and his workmanship is good.

His materials are dirt cheap because they own a factory manufacturing these items.

Impressive price indeed! Wow.. All I heard at least 300K avg to tear and rebuild.

If u engage an ID, the average cost is RM150/180 per sqft. This includes everything ready to live in.

What he means is supply all ma.. The guy manufacture everything.
