Today I went to pharmacy and look for supplement.
May I know fish oil have good effect for adults or not? I know for kids 2-4 years old have good effect but for adults still have effect or not? I find the Blackmores and Kordels fish oil and I know they are branded one.
Thank you
You will want to go for high DHA. I wouldn't touch blackmore. Why?May I know fish oil have good effect for adults or not? I know for kids 2-4 years old have good effect but for adults still have effect or not? I find the Blackmores and Kordels fish oil and I know they are branded one.

Furthermore fish oil sold in malaysia are most likely in ethyl ester (EE) form (cheaper to produce with lower absorption). Also, how do we know that their claim that their fish oil is free from pollutants is true and freshf? Unless they can produce a certificate of analysis (have to email the company) or tested by IFOS, then it's ok.
For me,when I buy fish oil I look at 2 things
a) must be in triglyceride form (as how it occur in nature - more stable and better absorption)
b) must pass IFOS test.
A rancid + contaminated fish oil do more harm to the body than good.
For me, personally, I only buy Carlson and Nordic Naturals.
