Hi, a friend bought the WoW game and I'd like to try ot on my PC before deciding to purchace...
Both out PCs are behind the same router, so could I install the game on my PC and play when he's not?
Btw, how many characters can be created by using one account?
Thanks

u can create 8 or 10 characters per server per account. u can also create characters on more than 1 server as well.
sharing account is technically illegal in the ToS i think but if you still want to do it, you can only login when your friend is logged out of the account.

IIRC the limits are 10 characters per server and 40 characters total.
I've never heard of a single case of people getting banned for sharing accounts.

i see, plus, given that we are behind the same personal router, i guess they wouldnt take too much notice.

Yeah, as khelben suggested. Just get a 10-day free trial from www.worldofwarcraft.com to play. Your dont really need to share acct with your friend.
