The thing is MS will never know whether you actually need accessibilty feature or not. Personally, I think this is MS way of leaving a loophole to encourage people to upgrade without seemingly back down from their original limited period offer.

i already download version 1607 updated, i have same problem all freeze after "Not Responding"

Windows 10 fully FREEZES after Anniversary Update on "Windows Explorer Not Responding"


Version 1607 is Up Freezes / BAD sad.gif
Version 1151 is Not Problem / GOOD smile.gif

With Windows shifting to SaaS (Software As A Service) or OSaaS (Operating System As A Service) model....

Microsoft will soon be like Apple.... where every software have to buy from Win-Store (in the case of android, buy apps from G. Play Store)....

it might take sometime for people to adapt to the idea (depends on end-user and software industry's help) of getting all app from Win-Store....

The current license fee model is a legacy from previous generation.... Microsoft is slowly reducing the price of it's OS, and slowly depend income from Win-Store....
(it won't happen over night....)
