Hi,
I heard that Auto Debit system is down for maintenance since February which is a bit inconvenient until now but I have made reports via Customer service on it along with an MCMC report but to no avail.
The Auto Debit system is still down which I felt is inconvenient as have to pay multiple numbers on different dates which I was wondering if it can be rectified as soon as possible. They said the Auto Debit was only for new customers as well which confuses me and would like clarification on it.

So is 5G available for XOX now? Saw some dealers sharing how to enable it but then still stuck on 4G+. Deduct RM2 for SMS charges some more
