Any of current user still experience didn't receive tac issues? Mind to share which bank or service you guys having issue in receiving tac?

I am consider to port in xox due to it long validity but tac is very important for me. I think I won't port in if tac was common issues among current user.

After see so many comment and feedback seem like the otp issues is a unsolved problem for xox.

I park one number in xox due to it long validity and thinking to port in my main digi line to xox as well since long validity is more important than data for me as I have unlimited unifi air data with me.

My digi main line is to receive otp. I cannot imagine if one day need perform transaction or other task in either Malaysia or oversia but stuck with otp.

LOL. I guess will just stick to digi to avoid problem. Hope xox will look into this matter seriously. This will limit user as long as it remain unsolve. Regardless of sms gateway or whatsoever, xox need to find a way to solve it and not put the blame on others if they want to growth telco business.
