Hello, anyone know how does the voice season pass for 333min/rm 30 work? Need to subscribe every month like internet data? Or must use within 1 month? Or as long still within 28 month validity period, I can use it anytime in future?

Ok understand. Just got a new SIM card. If coverage is good at my area, might consider moving my main line to this one xox.
Also, do you guys provide nano sim, this new SIM card of mine only can break into micro sim. Can I request new replacement nano sim? Or must manually cut it into nano size if later I want to use it for iphone? Now only use for tablet no problem yet.

Hi, if I purchase the rm90 voice season pass using credit card from MyXOX app, does it increase another 90 days for my validity?
Or should I go to a dealer top up rm90 and use the credit to buy the season pass?(can I even do it this way?)

Just abit complicated compared to normal prepaid. Haha

If yes then I will just top up first then purchase season pass to get guaranteed extra 90 days validity.

The high data usage is not related to speed la. More related to data block they use to charge us. Example: a WhatsApp message that is 10kb, they charge you 500kb every time you get a message, other telco might charge 100kb.
Same theory as when you making call, there is a minimum block. Some charge every 30s, some minimum 1 min.

Test again today (just on mobile data but basically not/hardly using it at all) and also not using google. So discovered that phone data usage is now the same as what XOX app says its using. (no whatsapp usage today and in previous testing in this phone).

Previous testing was that XOX usage was around double that of what's shown in the phone--so could it be XOX is charging double that of what google is actually consuming in terms of data as shown in the phone. Maybe I'll try tomorow and see how its like.

What I can see so far from all my testing on XOX is that google is by far consuming majority of data. Other apps only using much less data

Suspect only. They never write it in their term and condition.
Those virtual network telco in sg they write it out, can compare to major telco. Each data block is bigger in virtual network. Assume similar thing in My.

Same problem. So I just don’t keep any money in my mom’s account. Use the app to subscribe those things.
Last time kena deduct many times by just sending sms to check balance.

Probably is one of those cases where they automatically send out sms then blame user “hey you use iPhone, that’s iMessage activation sms”. That’s why I don’t keep money in my mums account. Nothing for them to deduct. Only use from season pass

If I activate 1gb from season pass now, then the 1gb run out before 1 month. I know I can activate another 500mb or any other amount from season pass. But when next month auto renewal come, will it auto renew both the 1gb and 500mb or it will only auto renew the latest data plan?
