Test again today (just on mobile data but basically not/hardly using it at all) and also not using google. So discovered that phone data usage is now the same as what XOX app says its using. (no whatsapp usage today and in previous testing in this phone).

Previous testing was that XOX usage was around double that of what's shown in the phone--so could it be XOX is charging double that of what google is actually consuming in terms of data as shown in the phone. Maybe I'll try tomorow and see how its like.

What I can see so far from all my testing on XOX is that google is by far consuming majority of data. Other apps only using much less data

XOX has some serious problems. As a new user, I faced several issues from fraudulent charge to excessive data consumption.

Imagine sending sms to withdraw data from season pass and $ was deducted from my credit balance. After many calls and emails, XOX gave the supposed sms which I sent which turned out to be scam when I googled the number and after which I said I will write to MCMC, only then did they finally agree to refund me my $. Imagine every time withdraw data from season pass, and you are charged $. Nice part is they even give me false information that I was using apple phone etc to make the sms.

For data usage, 1 month's data of using 1 app data (using other telco) is less than 1 time using the same app (less than 1 minute) using XOX data.

Hi again guys, I stopped from going through with XOX because am paying celcom RM62 inclusive SST for unlimited data and unlimited calls.

Hi, sms received overseas are free.Charges applied if you send sms when you are roaming.

Onexox prepaid users who work in singapore receive sms without any charges and they doesn't keep any credit in their prepaid acc.

Using XOX prepaid and Black App. Currently I've a FAT 1GB plan and its running out of data. Is there a way I could change the subscription to FAT 2GB plan without waiting for expiry date using the Black App? I went to Manage Data Subscription, there are only two buttons to Unsubscribe, Recurring and Immediate. And no way to change the plan there.

instead of buy 1 yr validity, i transferred RM30 credit between 2 XOX nos. many times, costing RM1 each time, to get 25days extension each time for both nos.

You can end 1gb subscription immediately and then activate 500mb monthly so that it would be active for another 30days.

If you dont end the first 1gb subscription, then the 500mb become booster which will expire when the 1gb subscription date end. Why waste data?

You can only have 1 data subscription at anytime.
