Hi, I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but based on my search i think it hasn't.

So I recently acquired a UMobile number around mid Septmember, but decided to change to another celcom-based telco since the reception here is Pekan Pahang is pitiful indoors. I did not reload more than rm30 so the line is not active and currently is in its grace period.

1. So do I need to reload again to my umobile number before proceeding with MNP to XOX (i.e. line is active and can make calls)?

2. If the MNP is unsuccessful, let say I am unaware there is minimum period of 1 month or so that I have to stick with UMobile, will my MNP fee be forfeited and I need to pay again for the next attempt?

Another quick question. Is the Sim card price strictly rm10 or at the discretion of the local dealer? Because I once requested to replace two of my SIM (phone was missing) and she charged me rm15 each and refused to give me a receipt. That happened last year.
