Ya, that's what I was complaining to the onexox dealers at my place here.
Let's look at it from a onexox customer's point of view ..... Out-of-the-blue, on 26th of April, onexox offered a super season pass of 10GB@RM50 .... Many onexox customers were excited at the opportunity of lower monthly internet costs and/or the idea of being able to stretch that 50 malaysian ringgit over 20 months with 500MB monthly usage. The 3G/4G+ high-speed 500MB monthly data was the perfect plan for whatsapp users.
Suddenly a month later, the company changes the-rules-of-the-game by canceling the 500MB/30days plan and forces users to use 1GB/30days ..... The dealers told me that the costs of 1GB is only RM5 now ..... yeah that's right now it's Rm5 per 1GB .... but what about users like me who have plenty of gigabytes from many months before with the cost of RM10 per 1GB ? (well, my itchy fingers can't stop buying up all those happy hour season pass data).
My cost is not RM5 ... its still RM10 per 1GB until I finished them up ... even at 1GB monthy it'll take me many many many months to finish my season pass .... and that is without buying any more new season pass data.
Anyway, my point is, onexox was telling customers to buy 10GB@RM50 season pass because customers can keep and use it later. The dealers were saying, 500MB/monthly can use how long already? Many were thinking yeah, at 500MB/monthly this thing can last quite a long while. Now, we customers found out that we have to trashed that original plan.
What was it about going against capitalist telcos ? .... Isn't this already capitalizing on the customers ? What was it about helping prepaid customers save money ?
Ho-hum ....

I stock up my season pass on may when they intro the FAT10 @ 50 .
Thinking to use it daily when I needed, since I am not always use data in Malaysia.
Now my 11gb season pass seems stuck, unless I opt for the monthly 500mb deduction every time I want to use.
