Anyone know for B59DB, the carry forward data will be included in which block? The 1st 12gb or the last 8gb?

Ahh ok, it's clear now. Thanks for explaining. So I guess the maximum data we can carry forward is under 8gb, unless we only use very little data on the 1st block. Clever xox.

Do you know, if I port out in the middle of my cycle, will they prorate or charge me full for the month?

Yup maybe. Would be much better if combined with free daily 1gb. Unfortunately xox doesn't have that, despite my agent telling me there was.

Just made the jump from yoodo to xox (1x 22). Have to say so far I find the app is a bit confusing to navigate. Anyone else think so too or is it just me? I'm not even sure how to change plans when the time comes 😕

What's the difference between prepaid line validity and plan validity? If I topup RM22 and then immediately subscribe to 1x-22, what's my validity 22 days or 30 days?

If I topup ngam2 RM22, I get prepaid line validity for 22 days right? Let say immediately I subscribe to the 1x-22, I then get 30 days validity for my plan. But then my prepaid validity is only 22 days, so regardless of my plan validity, I won't be able to use my data and calls on the 23rd day onwards? 😕

But I'm confused by this -
"If you have active data plan but your prepaid line expired,you can't make calls or use data."

By the way, right now it says my validity is until 12 Feb 2026. I have no idea why.
