why no tethering

I am called here just to deliver my opinion on ONEXOX as I think it could be a major gameplayer in Telco provider in the future.
However after few months of trial... I switched back to other Telco due to simple reason which I will derive below. I have been using all 3 major Telco in Malaysia and ONEXOX could learn from them in one or two things imo.

1. Multi transaction - I didn't quite understand dedicated account and main account, I need to buy a whole bundle of internet (which is cheap compared to others) and need to subscribe again to use. Meaning there are 3 layers of transaction , (1) topup - (2) purchase season pass - (3) Subscribe desired capacity. I understand it can be carried forward...but please, if I am out of quota in level 3, I need to go back to level 2 to subscribe again. Why not make simplify them..."you get what you pay" style, any leftover can be carried forward.

2. Application - Please update it and simplify it, have a look on the Celcom and Digi , regardless of Prepaid and Postpaid...it is very convenient and simple to USE...( if I run out quota, can I still use the app to purchase data ?), you can sponsor the motor sports team, developing app is much cheaper I think...hire the fresh graduate....

3. For postpaid, please make it available in Maybank list of pay....

just switch from celcom to onexox

at first , had some issue with maybank TAC number. I called Maybank, asked them to update the SMS gateway from Celcom to XOX and now its done.


XOX Black is nice, still a bit buggy on the connection, I received few connection timeout.

hi...under my ID i have 2 number, I wanted to make autodebit for from the Selfcare website, do I need seperate SelfCare login or a single login consist of both number...

Please someone clarify from ONEXOX... I am currently working abroad and chose ONEXOX as my current telco for Malaysia.... just wonder... why would ONEXOX charge for my roaming sms... 23 sms for RM57....

No one use sms anymore....

Instead of paying RM 40+ per month I ended up paying more....

thanks for clarification, I may send some inquiries to them. There is no itemised billing on the SMS charges, just quantity and total amount to be paid.

is there a problem with ONEXOX now for roaming, currently the cellular was on and off constantly....

hi, onexox got problem now area wakaf bharu and tumpat kelantan ? couldn't connect to the internet

can we activate xox esim while we are roaming. I found out this is not possible as I am currently experiencing. if it's true, I will not be able to receive any TAC request or any call during abroad.....

Aftew few tweaks here and there...finally it works......dayummmm....worry a bit....

I'm facing a terrible ESim Roaming connectivity with XOX, sometimes on and off. Has anyone experienced the same with Esim in Malaysia ?
