I did an online MNP to B59e plan yesterday but after the payment I got a 'purchase failed' message. I then received an email saying payment successful but did not received the email of eSIM QR code. Without a serial number I cannot proceed with the MNP verification or status check, so I called the customer service and got a case reference number. Until now I still didn't received the eSIM QR code but my money has been taken.

I'm on eSIM B59e plan and have another 2 XOX prepaid numbers under my son and daughter. Let say I share 1GB data to each of them, the data will be stored as season pass? Do they need to subscribe a data plan to utilise the shared data?

Is XOX network currently down in Johor Bahru? My mobile internet is very slow since Monday and today even no internet wherever I go. Call 12273 but always line busy.
*Update: Finally able to connect 12273, confirm the internet data system is down but calling function remains ok.
