Hi, MySiswa plan cannot add supplines but My Siswa Plus plan can add up to 9 supplines, it is recommended to find a dealer to do the port-in.
Q1) For user port-in to MySiswa Plus through onexox dealer, dealers will do the verification(Student pass) for you......so no problem but if you doing it online you need to submit a student pass for verification.
Q2) iMessage and Facetime..... no problem but some users was charged when using iMessage and Facetime,not sure why
Q3) Receiving TAC, normally can received after 3 days line activated but somehow some users can't received TAC permanently after activate their onexox line
Q4) When you register a postpaid line , you need to pay advanced payment whether you do it online or through dealers.
If you find a dealer to do port-in and if you no longer want to port-in after the port-in failed,you will get the money refunded after you returned the simcard.
Not sure whether you will get your money back if you do it online for the same reason.
1. Got it! Will that MySiswa Plus expire or revert to another plan after X amount of years? Also how stringent are dealers with checking on your student status? 👀ðŸ¤
2. Ah, the charge should be the activation SMS then. As it might not have registered properly first time.
