Wana ask questions.

1) if i get prepaid now,already got validity extended to 28 months. Until June 2021.
Let say I buy some package of rm50, & another rm50 in 2020...does my validity still stands at June 2021? Or even more? Just assumption......

2) I have 3 Hotlink under my name now, using it more than 15 years dy, if I ported to XOX,do i get the benefits of 'member get member' offer (since its all under my name)?

Anyway, I've decided not to top up anymore and just use whatever's in SP. Really doesn't help if there's no way I can see/kinow where the deductions are from. 

Some say XoX accounts are quite confused..more so if so many accounts created, and they are  not tally with another ( DA/MA and Prepaid Balance ) ?

That may push some  potential customers to think twice ..like not to buy too much data or put more money into accounts .

Thanks, but I don't use the OneXOX card in my iPhone, only Android phones which have no iMessage.

It's frustrating not being able to find out the reason/s for deduction, and what's more it's not happened once but a few times. A couple of times, without any reply to my emails, certain credit amount got replaced only noticed after I checked in the app.

Call them? The way they're handling the situation, I'll just leave the card with lowest possible balance for now.
