Data buffet plan don't give you outright 48GB with each new cycle.

B54DB - You start each new month with carry+8GB. Everytime your quota nearly finished after the cycle's initial 8GB, it will automatically add additional 10GB. Total quota for a month is 48GB, when it stops adding more.
You get to carry forward whatever balance from your final block that is not finished; that means not possible to carry all 48GB since you are receiving them in installments.

First 8GB+10GB is hi-speed.
The following 10GB+10GB+10GB is capped to 3Mbps.
