I want to convert my mum's phone number to xox. So I also want to benefit from "member get member" scheme. I had sent a message "MGM OK" to 28899 as per instruction in http://xox.com.my/mgm/. But I got an error message. "Invalid request. Need Help? Call 12273. Why is this?

sending cannot but receiving can, right ? especially TAC

Want to ask.  I bought a OneXOX SIM pack and activated it recently.

I can make calls and send sms successfully. However, if someone called my number with country code +6, he will received a voice recording saying the number is not in service. No issue reaching my number without the dialing the country code.

Any idea what had gone wrong here?

adiwarna My brother's number currently in DiGi prepaid with RM700+ credits. If MNP to OneXOX, anyway to carry all the credits into OneXOX account?

May I know how can I port out from digi/umobile to XoX? and can it be done through sms or not?😁

How long it takes to MNP out from onexox? I went to digi yesterday around 10.20 am and it's almost 24 hours. I thought prepaid usually very fast? There is no SMS from XOX asking me whether i confirm want to port out. As postpaid usually i get this SMS so i not sure prepaid has it or not.

I am still using XOX. Don't know it's XOX problem or digi problem. XOX don't let their users port out? It's prepaid. I don't owe them anything right?
