Suspend dealer license? Fines? Court case? or?

Because I was got conned by U agents, and registered 5 number without my consent, but U staffs just closed my SKMM complaint case after said investigation for over 3 weeks. Just apologized, that's all...

I was just reload rm30 and estimated 50% for my birthday bonus via wechat, but received 100% indeed.

Can i topup again for 100%?
Or can topup in 3 days after my birthday?
Possible to transfer from own DA to MA? Since im going purchase cheap 7 sen Voices season passes, and RM2.5 per GBs Data season passes?

Just ignored him lah, every Malaysians also know Govts enforced Identity Verification is MANDATORY...

P/s: XOX/OneXOX is my MOST trusted Telco in Malaysia, support was fast too.
Not like those Maxis/Umobile BLACKSHEEP agents will misused our identity and their telco teams was helpless...

All past 3 years, I was using alone XOX, so never bother about Season Pass thingy.
But now all families was jumped from UM to OneXOX, guidelines only showed withdraw Monthly DATA plans but didn't show how to pull out/subscribe Voices and SMS from SP?

P/s: I no need turn off their DATA AR OFF, since I just set 500MB monthly from their SP, already threw over 6 months allocations to each OneXOX sim(s).

Is that straight away using SP credits before using DA and MA credits?
What's different between DA and MA, DA cheaper?

P/s: Sorry for questions, my old sim was Penang 1758, so it's just a very simple plans/sim...

Luckily my nearby got new dealer shop opened, kept visiting them to MNP on the spot....
Next time ask them if facing issues.

Must I using DATA plan to using 4G? because mostly time I was standby in 3-3.5G

1. Only season pass data requires withdrawal for activation and usage.

2. Season pass minutes and sms is automatically deducted whenever you make a call or sms.

3. Call and sms charges priority will be Season Pass -> FnF rates -> DA -> MA

4. DA = dedicated account (lower rates for calls/sms only) , MA = main account for all other usage (including standard rates for calls/sms)

5. The #1758 plan is an old one that doesn't have DA/MA rates and a few extra features such as credit transfers. You can call 12273 if you would like to switch to latest onexox plan.

Bro, thanks @Oppa.OneXOX for updates and cleared my doubts.

I didn't buy any SEASON PASS via XOX or Dealers because cost/GB was RM5, if buy online privately only costing RM2.5/GBs which is huge savings for me. Including I got voice minutes at 6 sen/mins compare to ordinary 9 sen SP rates.

But for safety, I also listing all family number to FnF rates just in case they burned SP allocated too fast.
I'm didn't interested to extend validity (28mths coming to the end soon) to old sim or changing to new sim, since outside got Yoodo free 20GB or Unifi Mobile, I was planned to MNP again later to VIBE200 or GX30.

I'm tried to port-out my old XOX sim to Yoodo, SMS confirmation was received fast but couldn't reply YES message to 20002.

Beside SMS reply, did anyone tried other options to port out?
