If your line is black plan,make sure you don't have OVERDUE bill.

If your line is prepaid plan,make sure you have enough credit in your prepaid acc.

Hi, I am on OneFamily package which is supposed to provide 50 free SMS for each line every month.

I found everytime when I tried to send SMS, it either:

a. give a weird message saying that I don't have "credit" to send sms, even though OneFamily is postpaid. Sometime SMS will be sent out, sometime it does not.

b. straight up does not send out SMS, no error message.

I check via USSD and see that I do have 50 SMS unused quota.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Just activated IX-22 and activated 5G using SMS but still not seeing 5G on my Android phone. My mom is also using XOX and has 5G in her iPhone. I checked the specs of my phone, it supports 28 and 78. I also can see other telcos 5G on this phone.

So, I already received SMS that MSISDN is already provisioned for 5G service. How long will it be activated? I changed the APN also from celcom3g to xox5g. I called CS as I am also having issues with the app sign up and mentioned to him about this 5G issue, he said he can see it is already activated for my case.

Add on: Managed to get 5G on my router.

No la, not sharing with them. Their own parents will take care of their own lines.

RM 22x3 = RM 66 for 300GB vs RM 59 for 180GB but yes I don' think we can even finish that 180GB if we were to share around. Just that I don't want to be responsible for this. It is better we have our separate accounts, moreover if one day another better plan is out, I am free to move around.
