On one occasion in Lebuhraya timur raya where there was only celxxm signal available, the celxxm simcard could connect to the network but onexxx was not able to connect, asking the onexxx cs, they replied if the network is congested with celcxx users, onexxx users will be kicked out off the celcxx network, so I think the priority was celcxx network to be used by celcxx simcard first.............

could onexox transfer credit money inside onexox to other onexox prepaid user? if yes, if the other onexox is inactive, will transfer money to this account activate the simcard? tq

just used up 10 GB today and the internet data all used up, and now noticing the onexox prepaid no longer prefer to connect to 4G signal, and now will prefer to connect to 2G signal only. So, is it the assumption be no internet data for the prepaid simcard, the signal will prefer to connect to 2G signal?

if taking out 512mb (from season pass data, to use for 30days, if use up 512mb after one week, could take out another 512mb from season pass right after that? tq

hotlink pantas 1GB for RM2 lasted 365 days, sure could finish in 365 days, and RM50 could buy 25 times for 25GB..........more hassle free.........just use up 1Gb and buy another 1Gb could last for 365 days and so on and so forth.....

Let's say the xox is valid until 31 March 2024, could we buy the validity extension now, RM25 to extend validity to 31 March 2025?

Could we buy a few validity extensions now to extend the validity to few years (eg: 10 years) from now? E.g, till 31 March 2033???? Would that be possible for XOX?

Just called onexox cs, they said the VOLTE is not enabled for the number, and requested CS to make a report to enable VOLTE. After one hour, getting a phone call reply saying that the XOX technical department has enabled the VOLTE for the number.

After checking, now the onexox signal showing VOLTE and can call and receive phone calls using VOLTE already..

After buying the season pass internet data, cant be used straigth away, the internet data will store in the account as long as the account is active in dormant state, you must subscribe to the monthly data, eg : 512MB monthly, and then you will be able to start using 512MB (taking out from the season pass pool) monthly, and this subscription is auto renew, but you can stop it......... This is something different from the other telco.

XOX is not an user friendly apps especially for newbie to use, and you must really dip deep into the apps function then you got to know how it works
