I cannot register the app for a new number for my friend. The number is not registered before and when I try to register the app, it says msdsin belongs to another account. When I try to log in, it says user not found. This app really useless. What shall I do? Thanks.

This XOX giving me problem, always have to call them to reset and activate data, they say my Sim card too old, have to change and pay rm 10. Any experience to share?
