Have you reply the confirmation sms to port out ?

You can call Onexox customer service to check on the port-out status.

If Onexox already approved your port-out then you need to wait for new telco that you port-in to process your line.

If I'm not mistaken black switch to prepaid won't get 28 months validity.

Previously the WAWA plan gets 28 months + 8 months = 36 months.

I forgot to ask. You say backup line still good, who is the telco of this backup line? If it's a MVNO of celcom as well (XOX is Celcom MVNO), then I would be surprised. that would mean that XOX is overselling its bandwidth or throttling doing both! Other Celcom MVNOs are Tunetalk, Yoodo, Redone, etc

Hi all, I have qns on the prepaid plan. My intent is to have a long validity plan while I am overseas. I have few qns

1) does the 36mths validity means the data and credit can be sustained for that long? Or purely just keeping the number alive?
2) can I still receive sms while roaming? I know unifi mobile do not have that and have to pay the roaming fee to receive sms while roaming.

Appreciate any sifu assistance on this. Thanks.
