Your Sharon Rogers will heal HP when the condition is met. No need to roll for a Recovery ISO set in this case.

Recovery Rate is a stat to increase the amount of heal from skill/passive/obelisk ISO set.
Sharon doesn't have any in built healing capabilities. So a Recovery Rate obelisk would be of no use if the ISO set is an attacking one.

from my understanding:
a. Cold damage 35%
b. Cold damage 38%
c. Cold damage 90% of energy attack

If based on (a.) & (b.), best to equip on COLD damage skilled characters
Vs
however (c.) doesn't matter if character can do cold damage or not. It is based on ENERGY damage source of character *90%, thus high energy damage source skill characters can gain from this.

Thus, bottom line, best to equip to COLD DAMAGE skills AND high ENERGY damage source characters - eg. FLoki (Female uniformed Loki), if he/she doesn't have any good obelisk yet. My characters' Crystal's Cold damage (2 skills) seems pale Vs FLoki's (2 skills) - both have no obelisks equipped yet.

Just a thought - no absolute right/wrong. Perhaps just equip it on Cold damage & high Energy characters that U often use?

Well, for me personally I would just reroll this. Invincibility and Damage Proc obelisk are much more important. For the first and second stats, look for Ignore Def, Max HP, Recovery rate, Immune to Guard Break etc.

Each hero need different stats, considering what are u building it for, either for Timeline Battle, Alliance Battle or Alliance Conquest.

How to get damage proc 200% ????
