Yup, my colleague has entered two times at the same date last two months ago

The Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate L8, Pier L in KLIA2 is quite disappointed compare to other Plaza Premium Lounge in KLIA 2.

Since my flight time is early, the Wellness spa has yet to open, and never been visit PPL near Gate 8 before.

And seem like only two staffs are working, one at the counter, another one at kitchen, no one help to clear the item on the table, no choice have to clear myself, food & beverages are very very limited.

I will rather spend my time at the Plaza Premium Lounge outside, before immigration

I will usually just go wellness spa even my gate in L, will leave 45 min left before departure.

I think I will not go in Plaza Premium Lounge at L pier again if possible hehe

I was there last night, I asked about this question since the staff asking me whether I have use the card for any PPL before on today, otherwise bank will charge if used twice in a day

Not sure whether all bank of cards, but I will always to avoid been charge whereby use each card once in a day since I do have multiples cards to be entitled

The one I used last night was New Aeon Gold Card

The new HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card is one of it

I tired too, entered from New Aeon Gold Card and Aeon Big Card

You are now still can entitled for Plaza Premium Lounge without swipe RM500 until 1st Nov onward

Not lifetime, first year you are entitled for x2 entry.

Next year you need to spend certain amount then only entitled x2 entry again
