In short, you will need 3 principal cards + 1 supp (spouse) = 4 for all of you. If the staff allows free admission for them, then only 1 principal + 1 supp (spouse) will be required.

However, the above is only for local Malaysia PPLs, for overseas PPLs they may not allow to have same principal card and sign for different people.

Erm, if your card allows and each access deducts one entry. Unless you are on unlimited access, then it should be OK but banks have the right to decline your multiple visits in a day.

To add on, do you want to spend so many hours in the airport? I usually have only 1 hour left before by boarding time after going through immigration and what not.

Need boarding pass... Whether the staff strictly follows no boarding pass no entry, that's another story. Else, they will need to scan your boarding pass.

Until my last trip, they still asked for it.

Passport I supposed for international departures/arrivals. I was always asked for passport and boarding pass.
