10% of value of instruments is a start.
t&c...that one up to u.
unless obviously ur a company doing events and setting it up urself etc so u can look after them, then logically why would u trust anyone to return ur guitar / amp after they're done...
best is do a buy-back...they pay full...they return instrument...u give back 90%...
The safer way to rent but i've a gibson and a mesa amp at the moment.let say i value both items at 10k. So the rate would be rm100.is it it charge on hourly basis? But definitely someone wont splash that kind of money just fot rental even they know it'll be refunded.

Bro personally there are a lot of people renting equipment out... but not a lot of them are really careful with equipment when they rent it.
The wear and tear can be pretty fast. Well there is the route of personally renting out... make friends with musicians and studio sessionists. I believe at times they want different tones to the albums they are cutting. they may need specific guitar specs and they would need it for longer times.
Maybe that's a better route.
Ya my friend oso suggested the same. I dont have connection with that kind of community. But i would like to try this method.

This option may be a safer way... make them own it... then they will take care of it... but I don't think a lot of musicians have all that money.... if especially rare guitars etc.
Somo musicians in Malaysia struggling to survive sometimes.
Ya as been discussed by everdying. Im thinking the target market for would be for recording purpose or maybe like small live event .btw thnks yall for the suggestions
