was it serviced locally? if so, got complain to the swiss hq instead?

hmm so its just a valjoux 7750.
cant be that hard to service since its a common movement.
if its no more under warranty, maybe just bring it to a place like TSC in amcorp.

basically some logic la...if it was done locally maybe u get it back within a couple weeks...or since u sent via hour glass maybe 3 months.

Bought this watch on Chrono24. My first time buying a very expensive watch online. It's very risky especially on chrono24 because chrono24 don't give a crap if buyers get scammed. There are many horrid stories and experiences of buying luxury watches on chrono24. So choosing the right sellers are very important. Never fully believe in "Trusted", "Pro", "Premium" seller, or since how many long years on the site. It means nothing much except it indicates the sellers are the paying customers to Chrono24 for buying the titles.

I bought this watch from a Japan seller with physical shop in Osaka. Trustworthy and very good service. The watch comes with crocodile straps and got rejected by the japan customs from shipping. Seller took out straps and shipped the watch and straps separately.

Japan customs is very strict. Seller was not willing to declare lower value for the watch because big penalty/fine if busted. And endangered animal skin/parts like crocodile straps are not allowed for export.

Guys, is it normal to heard some tickling sound (like the sound of loose part) when you shake your mechanical watch??

For my newly bought Tissot watch, I noticed at the back glass of my watch, there’s something like a “half cover” which will rotate based on how I rotate the watch.

Is this normal for other brand watch? What is it for? Could it be the reason I heard the tickling sound when I shake my watch up and down ?

since now is no tax period, thinking of buying a mechanical watch to keep, been using tissot PRX as daily watch for many years.
i am looking at Maurice Lacroix Ponto s Extreme, a very beautiful watch, but i dont go diving. And then looking at Tag heuer carrera heuer 01 43mm.
In dilemma now, dint go test wear any of it yet, but price wise is few thousand difference only, by looking at the price tag on watch, for movementi think is carrera better. Not sure will get discount or not.
Both is good for me but only can choose 1. Or wait 1 or 2 years to buy better watch? My father got a yatch master II, but i am not impressed on it at all, dont know why...

It’s a really nice watch. It’s fully Titanium including the bridge. At first glance, it looks like a pseudo Richard Mille. And probably weighs as much as one.

Titanium is a very light and strong material. It’s also corrosion resistant.

I believe that your Corum weights around the same as the RM in Titanium.
