You should check out Gerald Genta other designs like old gen IWC Ingenieur if you like the octagon shape but without the sticker shock.

For Omega, they have mostly migrated to Boutique only (as in, the store is wholly owned by Omega and not an AD). Cortina still carry the Omega brand (believe they also represent Omega in KK). As for THG, I am not sure if they still carry Omega; to my memory they no longer do. The last one was in Lot 10, but I cannot remember if they still have Omega in Penang. Swiss Watch Gallery no longer carries Omega (they used to be AD as well).
