@vailance

I bought Inno3D 7900GS 256MB DDR3 (450/1320MHz) for $150. It was the "best bang for the buck".

There aren't lots of stuff included in the pacakge, and it has a poor cooler. Anyway it is OCable to 600/1750Mhz(maybe more), but with better cooling. At stock cooling, works fine, cool and stable OC-ed to 550/1600Mhz.

@gOJDO

Inno3D also sell 7900GS with iChill technology. Why don't u buy it instead of ur current card? Just my thought..

There was no any available. I plan to change the stock cooler with a hand-made(modified s939 copper) one and put passive coolers on the memory chips smile.gif
The card has a lot of OC potentials, just needs better cooling. The core has no problems reaching 600MHz+, but displays corrupted triangles after few minutes torturing. The RAM has no problems reaching 1800MHz.
I tried to unlock the pixel and vertex units, but I didn't succeed. The core is G-71 Rev A2. Cards from BFG with the same core are unlockable, so it is the way to go if anyone plans to buy a 7900GS.
