if i wanted to play games at higher reso and higher setting then i should opt for 7900gs? How long can it last? Proabably 2 years? Since 8series midrange is coming out soon, i dunno which to decide. If 7900gs which brand to go for? I saw galaxy one is a good overclocker with zalman fan compare to others.

i planned to buy 7900gs becos i cant wait for the 8series and i am sure i wont upgrade to vista to play dx10 games cos vista is too troublesome with drivers and softwares. So technically speaking, is galaxy 7900gs zalman edition 550/1500mhz 1.2ns RAM better than galaxy 7900gs super coolermaster HSF with 475/1380mhz 1.1ns RAM? Zalman one got better speed while coolermaster have 1.1ns RAM.

becos dunno when will get vista. and i am selling off my 1600pro soon. so i dunno how... impossible i sell tat card for 7300gt. or i get 7900gs then upgrade when most of the dx10 games comes out?

woot, athlon x2 3800+ wont bottleneck one ma, unless u are using those old skool' proc like amd athlon xp or p4 lower series, urs is quite powerful, nothing is bottlenecking ur pc anyway
